The 68th Grammy Awards ceremony – 2026, one of the most prestigious awards in the world of music, thundered in Los Angeles. Within the walls of the Crypto.com Arena, members of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences announced the main musical triumphs of the year.
This year, the leaders in nominations were Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga, and Bad Bunny – artists who have long transcended genre boundaries and are shaping the global musical agenda.

Winners in the main nominations:
- Song of the Year – Billie Eilish, Wildflower
- Record of the Year – Kendrick Lamar became the main triumphant of the evening, receiving five statuettes out of nine nominations. Thus, he consolidated his status as the most-titled hip-hop artist in Grammy history, with a total of 26 awards. Previously, this record belonged to Jay-Z, who received his 25th statuette in 2025.
- Album of the Year – the main award of the ceremony was won by Bad Bunny – his victory was perceived by many not only as an artistic achievement, but also as a political gesture, which became a reaction of the music community to the tough migration policy of Donald Trump. This is the first time in the history of the Grammys that the Album of the Year title was awarded to a Latin American artist, and the victory went to a Spanish-language record. In a week, Bad Bunny will perform at the Super Bowl halftime show, finally consolidating the status of a global pop star.
- Best Rap Album – Kendrick Lamar, GNX
- Best R&B Album – Leon Thomas, Mutt
- Best New Artist – Olivia Dean
- Best Vocal Performance – Lady Gaga, Mayhem

The ceremony was remembered not only for the awards but also for the spectacular performances. Among the most discussed were the hard version of the iconic song “Abracadabra” performed by Lady Gaga, as well as Justin Bieber’s eccentric appearance.
In addition to the award ceremony, no less attention was paid to the images of the stars on the red carpet.
The most eccentric image of the ceremony was demonstrated by Chappell Roan, who appeared in a topless Mugler dress – a bold and deliberately provocative appearance that instantly went viral on social networks.

The trend for “nude” images was also supported by Heidi Klum. The model repeated Bianca Censori’s scandalous look from last year’s ceremony, but presented a much more restrained and refined interpretation.

Justin and Hailey Bieber, who are often criticized for their stylistic inconsistency, pleasantly surprised this time. The couple appeared in matching black looks: Hailey in Alaïa, Justin in Balenciaga. They were complemented by Ice Out badges – a symbolic protest against Trump’s immigration policy.
