Brazilian supermodel and former Victoria’s Secret Angel Adriana Lima is selling her estate in the prestigious Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles for $15.995 million. The estate is hidden behind custom-made gates and lush landscaping.
The main house is about 8,000 square feet. It has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a separate guest house with a bedroom and a bathroom. Lima and her husband, film producer Andre Lemmers III, purchased the property three years ago for $12.35 million.
After buying it, the couple equipped the home with an innovative security system: artificial intelligence cameras, automatic lasers, and 24-hour armed patrols. The system can recognize strangers and instantly notify security services about the danger.
Other amenities include a swimming pool, a well-maintained landscaped garden, a summer kitchen, and the possibility of a sports court.
Inside, there are spacious lounge areas, two kitchens (with premium Miele and Wolf appliances), a home cinema, a climate-controlled wine cabinet, and a smart home system.
According to the couple, the decision to sell was due to relocation – their work now requires a presence on the East Coast.
