Pop princess of the 2000s, Britney Spears, ended up in a rehabilitation center. The 44-year-old singer is being treated for alcohol and drug addiction.
According to TMZ, after the artist was arrested for drunk driving in California, the star’s close circle insisted on hospitalization. In the end, the artist agreed to seek help from specialists at one of the US rehabs.
Spears has had problems with alcohol and psychotropic drugs for a long time – this was facilitated by difficult periods in the star’s life. So, after her divorce from Kevin Federline in 2007, the singer experienced a severe nervous breakdown, which became one of the loudest scandals in show business. This eventually led to 13 years of custody from her father, which was only able to be terminated through the courts in 2021.
