By the end of 2024, the revenues of the largest dating apps reached $6.18 billion and set a new record. More than half of the total amount – $3.5 billion – is accounted for by the American Match Group, which owns Tinder, Hinge, OKCupid, and Match.com.
In addition, the number of dating app users is growing. In 2024, 364 million people used at least one app, and 25 million paid extra for premium features.
Tinder became the world’s most popular dating app, with 60 million monthly users in 190 countries.
