Elon Musk, an American billionaire and one of the world’s richest people, has decided to sell his house in Los Angeles. The head of SpaceX wants $12.95 million for the property.
According to Mansion Global, the 250-square-meter house was built in 1951 by architect Robert Byrd in the elite Bel-Air Country Club.
The cottage has four bedrooms with original wooden beam ceilings, cozy fireplaces, and an open plan with panoramic windows. Solar panels are installed on the roof.
The highlight of the house is the round bar, and the territory also has several recreation areas and a kidney-shaped pool.
Musk bought the property ten years ago for $6.75 million.
