At just 18 years old, Sofiia Zghoba&Yasonka, known as Yàsonnka, won the title of Miss International Ukraine 2023, and she has already made significant contributions to her country.
Recently, Sofiia and her best friend completed a 10-kilometer hike to the summit of Mount Makovytsia, standing at 985 meters high. Makovytsia, one of the most renowned peaks in the Carpathians, is located in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. This spot not only captivates with its beauty but also stands as a symbol of the resilience and unwavering spirit of the Ukrainian people.
At the mountain’s peak, Sofiia raised a Ukrainian flag that she received directly from the front lines. This act became a symbol of support and respect for those fighting for Ukraine’s independence and freedom.
Sofiia Zghoba&Yasonka is actively involved in charity work, organizing fundraisers and auctions where she sells her own paintings. All the money raised by this young model is donated to help those affected by the war.
“I believe it is my duty to help those who need support during this difficult time for our country. Each of us can make a contribution, and I want to set an example through my actions,” Sofiia admits.
