Pokémon Sleep, which debuted in 2023, encourages players to earn rewards by adhering to their sleep schedules. The game features a sleepy Snorlax that gains ‘Drowsy Power’ as players improve their sleep quality, attracting more Pokémon to discover.
The Fitbit Air enhances this experience by syncing with both the Google Health app and Pokémon Sleep. Users can monitor daily activities, heart rate, and cardio load during the day, while tracking their sleep duration and quality at night.
This is not the first wearable compatible with Pokémon Sleep; the app also supports devices like the Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch, and Google Pixel Watch. However, the Fitbit Air offers a unique integration that aligns with the anniversary celebrations.

Recently, Google partnered with athlete Stephen Curry to release a special edition Pixel Watch priced at $579, tailored for fitness enthusiasts.
The Fitbit Air is available for preorder at $129 and will begin shipping on September 15. It can be purchased online and in stores through the Google Store and Target. In comparison, the standard Fitbit Air retails for $99 and features a sleek design, enhanced health tracking capabilities, and an AI-powered coach that offers personalized guidance based on user data.
