Palm Beach Airport in Florida to be renamed after Donald Trump

On July 9, the US states of Florida and Tennessee renamed an airport and a bridge in honor of US President Donald Trump.

In Florida, Palm Beach International Airport was officially renamed President Donald J. Trump International Airport.

State Governor Ron DeSantis signed a bill to change the airport’s name back in March. It is noted that renaming the airport will cost at least $5.5 million.

Trump’s private plane, Trump Force One, which Trump used in his election campaign, was the first plane to land at the renamed airport.
