American billionaire and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has sold his Seattle estate for an incredible $63 million. The sale became the most expensive in the history of Washington state, Hello Magazine reports.
According to the publication, the oligarch and his fiancée, Lauren Sanchez, decided to leave Seattle and move to Miami, Florida, to be closer to their parents and work projects.

Bezos bought this estate not so long ago – only in 2019. At that time, the billionaire paid $37.5 million for the 2.8-square-kilometer plot on which the estate was located, almost half as much as he received for the property now.
The house is surrounded by lush vegetation and decorated in a modern style. It occupies 900 square meters and has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a dressing room, two kitchens, and a spacious roof terrace.
In addition, there is an elevator and a glass gallery connecting the main house with a two-story guest wing. Bezos also had 90 meters of Lake Washington shoreline and the estate at his disposal.
However, this is not Jeff’s only expensive real estate in Seattle – the oligarch still owns two other houses where his company’s staff lives.
