Jeff Bezos’ wedding wasn’t the only high-profile event of the summer — Lebanon hosted a ceremony that was just as spectacular: Celio Saab, son of world-renowned designer Elie Saab, married his beloved Zain Koutami.
The wedding celebrations lasted three days. Initially, the bride and groom hosted a lavish pre-wedding party for their guests.
The main part of the celebration took place the next day. For the solemn ceremony, the bride chose a lush white dress with embroidery on the hem and open shoulders. The look was complemented by a tiara, veil, and loose hair. According to Zein herself, the dress took over 780 hours to make and went through several stages — from sketches to final sewing.
Zain Koutami is originally from Jordan, a graduate of the American University of Beirut, and has had a successful career in PR. She went on her first date with the heir to the famous designer back in 2021. They hit it off right away, so the next meeting wasn’t long in coming. Zain Koutami and Celio Saab’s romance lasted three years, and in the summer of 2024, Celio proposed to his beloved.
