To transform a luxurious space into the embodiment of high fashion – this is the goal of the legendary Parisian Maison Margiela House, which is presenting its new project, Maison Margiela Residences.
For its debut in the field of residential architecture, the brand has chosen a truly exceptional place – Dubai. The complex, consisting of 25 exclusive apartments, will be located on the famous Palm Jumeirah island, offering panoramic views of the sea and convenient access to the city’s best restaurants and boutiques.
Although fashion has always remained at the heart of the Maison Margiela philosophy, the House has long been interested in architecture, interior design, and objects. These areas have become a space for experimentation, where new aesthetic ideas and innovations are born.
The author of the architectural project was Carlo Colombo, in collaboration with the construction company Alta Real Estate Development. Each room is decorated in a unique style and has handmade furniture. The interior features gold details, travertine walls, red marble, and silver-plated mirrors.
The complex will be complemented by an art gallery, library, fitness studios, swimming pool, spa, and the cozy Margiela Café.
