We start our day by watching the official trailer of Miley Cyrus’ upcoming album, Something Beautiful. It will be her first studio work in two years. The singer describes the album as “bold” and “expressive”. The record was created by Cyrus herself and producer Sean Everett.
Something Beautiful will consist of 13 tracks, and its release is scheduled for May 30.
The album cover deserves special attention. It features Miley Cyrus in a vintage 1997 Thierry Mugler dress. The author of the photo is the famous fashion photographer Glen Lachford.
Along with the album, the singer announced the movie of the same name, which she produced with XYZ, Panos Cosmatos, Columbia Records, and Live Nation. Miley Cyrus, Jacob Bixenman, and Brendan Walter directed the project, and Benoit Deby is the cinematographer.
Miley will appear in the film’s archival images of Jean Paul Gaultier, Alexander McQueen, and Alaïa.
