Pharrell Williams becomes UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador

American singer and Louis Vuitton creative designer Pharrell Williams has been named a UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Education, Arts, and Entertainment. The organization highly appreciated Williams’ multifaceted work, which covers “many art forms,” including fashion, as a designer of Vuitton men’s collections.

WWD reports that the award ceremony occurred at the organization’s headquarters in Paris.

Pharrell is convinced that the more well-intentioned people have access to money and charity resources, the more they can do good in the world.
