Victoria and David Beckham's son to make film debut in tennis romance drama

Romeo Beckham, the son of former footballer David Beckham and designer Victoria Beckham, is making his film debut. Studiocanal has released the first images from the romantic drama “Forty Love,” in which he plays a main role.

Beckham stars in the film alongside Paul Kircher (“Animal Kingdom”), Guillaume Canet (“Happy Losers”), and Benjamin Voisin (“The Stranger”). French actress Catherine Deneuve will also appear in the film. The soundtrack for the film was created by musicians 070 Shake and Johann Lenox.

The events unfold around tennis player Sacha Gallo, who is preparing to win his main trophy in Paris. He was trained by his father since childhood, and his whole life was subordinated to sporting ambitions. However, the situation changes with the appearance of a new charismatic rival, played by Romeo Beckham.

Before starting his acting career, Romeo Beckham was known primarily as a model. He collaborated with several luxury brands, including Yves Saint Laurent and Balenciaga.

The film’s French premiere is scheduled for November 25.
