In a world where women are often expected to adapt, endure, and meet external expectations, Viktoriia Slavyna offers a radically different perspective — one rooted in gentleness, depth, and inner truth.
A psychologist, intuitive practitioner, and author of several books, Viktoriia works at the intersection of psychology, numerology, astrology, and embodied awareness. Her approach is not about fixing women or pushing them toward idealized versions of success. Instead, it is about helping women return to themselves — to their inner stability, authenticity, and strength.
In this exclusive interview for ELLEDGY Magazine, Viktoriia Slavyna speaks about her calling, her unique professional path, feminine energy, authorship, family values, and why choosing oneself is not selfish — but essential.
You often say that your work is about helping people remember who they truly are. How did you first feel that this was your path?
From early childhood, I had a very clear inner sense that my mission was connected to helping people and caring for them. At that time, psychology was not yet widely recognized as a profession, so my first conscious choice was medicine.
This path gave me a deep understanding of responsibility, the value of human life, and respect for the body. Later, when psychology faculties became available, I immediately felt an inner recognition. I realized that this was where I could unite care for both the body and the soul, and accompany people through deep personal transformation. Over time, I understood that my true gift is helping a person remember their authentic self.
Was there a defining moment in your life when you clearly understood your purpose?
Yes, there was. It came during a period of profound personal transformation, when I myself was going through deep inner changes and re-evaluating my life values. At that moment, I clearly saw that my words, presence, and knowledge became a source of inner support and strength for others. This experience allowed me to fully accept my purpose — to accompany people on their path toward inner stability and conscious self-development.

What inspired you to combine psychology, numerology, and intuitive practices in your work?
I have always felt that a human being is more than just the mind and behavioral patterns. We are also energy, inner rhythms, emotional cycles, and life phases. Psychology offers depth and understanding of inner processes. Numerology helps reveal potential and life patterns. Intuitive practices allow us to hear what exists beyond words. For me, it was essential to see the whole person, not fragmented parts. True transformation happens only through wholeness.
Your consultations are often described as very precise and deeply resonant. How do you explain this sensitivity?
First and foremost, it comes from deep presence. I listen not only to words, but also to pauses, intonations, emotional reactions, and inner states. Numerology and astrology add additional clarity. These systems reveal personality traits, perception styles, and recurring life scenarios. When combined with psychology, they create very precise guidance and allow me to work gently and accurately with each individual. It is this synthesis that allows people to feel truly seen and understood on a deep level.
When you work with women, what is the most important thing for you to see in them?
Their inner light. That living, authentic essence which is often hidden beneath anxiety, fatigue, social roles, and accumulated fears. Even if a woman cannot yet see it herself, it is always there.
My role is to help her reconnect with her inner strength, feel her own value, and restore contact with her inner support. Real change begins from that moment.
What is your favorite moment in your work — when everything suddenly “clicks” inside a person?
It is the moment when inner noise disappears. When resistance and tension dissolve, and a person suddenly sees themselves and their situation with clarity. For me, this is the most valuable moment, because it is exactly from this state that real, stable transformation begins.

You are the author of several books. What does writing mean to you?
Writing is a form of service and an honest dialogue with women. Through words, I share lived experience, inner discoveries, and the support that I once needed myself. My books contain a lot of practice, imagery, and energy — not just information, but lived experience. For me, writing is a continuation of my work as a psychologist and guide.
Are you planning new books or adaptations for an international audience?
Yes, this process is already underway. My first book has been translated into English and published on Amazon, and it is now available to an international audience. Other books are currently being translated and adapted with consideration for cultural and mental differences among women from different countries.
What is the most common illusion you see women struggling with on their inner path?
The belief that something is wrong with them — and that love, respect, and happiness must be earned. Many women live with a deep sense of insufficiency, constantly trying to meet expectations and be convenient. The hardest thing to release is the habit of not choosing oneself — of tolerating, adapting, saving others, and postponing life for “later.” Love begins not when someone chooses you, but when you choose yourself.
What do you see as your main mission today as a specialist working with women?
Women around the world face very similar challenges: emotional overload, loss of self-connection, devaluation of feelings, and living in survival mode rather than presence. My mission is to remind women of their wholeness and inner value through psychology, books, education, and deep practices. This is not about fixing women — it is about helping them return to themselves gently, without violence or the need for perfection. Feminine strength is universal. Countries change, but the need to be oneself does not.

What are your current goals and aspirations?
After recently moving to the United States, I am entering a new stage of professional expansion. My heartfelt intention is to create live spaces for women — gatherings, circles, therapeutic and educational formats where depth, support, and a sense of belonging exist. I want to create warm spaces of strength where psychology, awareness, and feminine energy meet in real experience.
Viktoriia Slavyna’s work reminds us that feminine strength does not require struggle or constant self-improvement. It begins with presence, honesty, and the courage to choose oneself — gently, consciously, and without apology.
In a fast-moving world, her message feels both timeless and deeply necessary: everything a woman is searching for already exists within her. She simply needs to remember.
