The photographs are by Yasmin Diaba, a close friend of Hadid since childhood. The book also includes archival and previously unpublished photos taken by Bella Hadid herself, along with her handwritten notes and personal correspondence. These images reflect Bella’s professional path, from her formation in Malibu to her status as a global superstar and one of the most recognized figures of her generation. “Between Us” is not merely a commercial album but an honest visual diary offering insights into the processes behind the glossy photo shoots.
Additionally, the book showcases private aspects of the star’s life, with special attention given to her family and creative endeavors. Hadid openly addresses vulnerability, discussing mental health issues and sharing her experience living with Lyme disease, which she has been diagnosed with since 2012. It has been announced that “Between Us” is now available for preorder on Rizzoli Publishing’s official website and will be released on October 6.
