On December 21 — the day of the Winter Solstice, Bloom Morning by SHE Community in collaboration with Chic Icon Magazine brought together an inspiring circle of women for a refined and deeply nourishing morning by the sea. The event took place at Casa Amor, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, where the serene coastal setting created a powerful atmosphere for renewal, intention-setting, and meaningful connection on this symbolic day.
The morning opened with holistic stretching by Anna Glaropoulou, a gentle yet effective practice designed to awaken the body, release tension, and prepare participants for a mindful start to the day. This was followed by a sound healing session led by Jake Davidian, whose work with crystal bowls guided guests into deep relaxation and emotional reset through vibration and sound — perfectly aligned with the energy of the solstice.
The first speaker of the morning was Igor Patrin, MD — dermatologist, NAOS expert, beauty blogger, and Head of Dermatology & Cosmetology at Polyclinic.ae. A member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, Dr. Patrin delivered an outstanding talk on cosmetology and anti-aging. His presentation stood out for its clarity and accessibility, translating complex medical knowledge into practical, easy-to-understand insights — a rare and highly appreciated approach.
The second speaker, Dr. Monika Toth, psychologist, relationship coach, and VIP matchmaker, captivated guests with a powerful and eye-opening talk on relationships. She explained emotional patterns through the way the brain works, helping many participants recognize the root causes of their personal challenges. Her clear, structured, and deeply human approach resonated strongly with everyone present.
Following the talks, guests enjoyed a relaxed breakfast and warm conversations, strengthening the sense of community that defines Bloom Morning. Every participant received elegant gifts from Margy’s Monte Carlo, provided by Plutas Group, a Swiss luxury skincare brand renowned for its advanced anti-aging expertise and refined approach to beauty. These thoughtful details reflected the event’s focus on self-care, elegance, and mindful rituals.
The morning also featured special giveaways, including a hair spa treatment from Promise Dubai, the first Korean hair spa in Dubai, known for its holistic approach to scalp and hair health, as well as a sportswear set by O’fit — adding joyful and energizing highlights to the overall experience.
The event was founded and curated by Kristina Mezhynskaya, Editor-in-Chief of ELLEDGY Magazine and the founder and organizer of SHE Community, a women’s community created to support personal growth, connection, and empowerment through thoughtfully curated experiences. Under her vision and leadership, Bloom Morning continues to grow as a meaningful platform where women come together to slow down, gain clarity, and feel inspired in an elegant and supportive environment.
