Hollywood actor Brad Pitt, who is currently enjoying the success of his new film Formula 1, has spoken for the first time about his bitter experience with alcohol abuse.
According to the 61-year-old celebrity, after his high-profile divorce from Angelina Jolie, he went through a difficult period and felt lost and depressed. This even prompted him to seek help from Alcoholics Anonymous.
Brad noted that it was the meetings with Alcoholics Anonymous, where an atmosphere of trust and sincerity prevailed, that helped him cope with his crisis.
Pitt has now overcome his harmful habit, and perhaps his happy relationship with his new girlfriend, 32-year-old Ines de Ramon, has also contributed to this.
