Christopher Nolan has been elected president of the Directors Guild of America.
He replaces Leslie Linka Glatter, who had held the position since 2021.
Nolan has been a member of the Directors Guild of America since 2001, and in 2015 he became a member of the union’s national council. Among other things, the filmmaker heads the committee on AI regulation in the film industry.
