Beyond spirituality, his work explores the subtle relationship between beauty, wellbeing, and consciousness, where beauty is understood not as external ornamentation, but as a reflection of inner harmony and energetic alignment.

In an era defined by speed, materialism, and constant digital noise, his message offers a return to presence, awareness, compassion, and divine love.

In this exclusive conversation with ELLEDGY Magazine, we also reflect on the debut edition of the Sattva Shuddhi retreat in India — a rare, first-of-its-kind spiritual immersion led by His Holiness Paramguruji in the sacred city of Vrindavan (13–18 May 2026). Rooted in ancient Vedic wisdom, the experience unfolded as a deeply transformative journey combining meditation, sacred ritual, mantra practice, and conscious inner work within one of India’s most spiritually significant landscapes, traditionally associated with the divine pastimes of Lord Krishna.

For ELLEDGY Magazine, we explore sacred Vedic wisdom, feminine energy, conscious beauty, spiritual awakening, the evolving future of humanity — and why love may remain the most essential force of all.

HH PARAMGURUJI: Where love becomes energy, and consciousness becomes life

  • You are a carrier of ancient Vedic wisdom passed down through a sacred lineage for more than 6,000 years. What do you believe humanity has lost most from this ancient knowledge?

Humanity has not only lost knowledge — it has lost remembrance. Ancient Vedic wisdom was never merely philosophy; it was a science of living in harmony with consciousness, nature, the body, emotions, relationships, and the Divine. Modern civilization has become highly developed externally, yet deeply disconnected internally.

The greatest loss is the understanding that human beings are not machines of consumption, but sacred carriers of consciousness.

Ancient wisdom taught us how to breathe properly, eat consciously, speak truthfully, love deeply, sleep naturally, honor feminine energy, live in rhythm with the moon, the sun, and all five elements, and understand that every thought creates energetic consequences.

Today, people possess information, but not inner wisdom. They have speed, but not stillness. Technology has expanded, yet the heart has contracted.

The return to sacred wisdom is not a return to the past — it is the restoration of human wholeness.

  • In your teachings, spirituality is deeply connected with love and consciousness. Why do you believe love is the most transformative force in the universe?

Because love is the original frequency of existence. Before fear, before identity, before separation — there was love.

In Vedic understanding, love is not merely emotion or romance. Love is the highest state of consciousness where separation dissolves.

When a person enters true love, healing begins naturally. Trauma softens, the nervous system relaxes, the ego becomes lighter, and compassion awakens. Love expands intelligence because the heart and consciousness begin to move as one.

The universe itself functions through attraction, harmony, and resonance. Planets move in divine order, nature flourishes through cooperation, and even the human body survives through intelligent communication between trillions of cells.

Love is the invisible force behind this harmony. Fear contracts life. Love expands it. True spirituality is not an escape from life — it is the flowering of divine love within life itself.

  • Many people today are searching for spiritual awakening. How can one distinguish true awakening from spiritual trends or illusion?

True awakening creates simplicity, humility, balance, and compassion. Illusion creates performance, superiority, and ego.

Today, spirituality is often commercialized into identity — people collect practices, crystals, rituals, or philosophies without transforming their consciousness. Awakening is not about appearing spiritual; it is about becoming truthful.

A truly awakened person becomes calmer, kinder, more grounded, and more responsible toward life. Their relationships improve, and their presence naturally has a healing effect. They become less reactive, less dependent on validation, and more connected to inner silence.

Real awakening also requires discipline. Ancient traditions emphasized purification of body, mind, speech, food, breath, and intention. Without purification, spirituality can become fantasy.

One simple test is this: does your spiritual path make you more humble, kind, tolerant, grateful, loving, and honest? If yes, you are moving toward awakening. If it increases ego, division, or escapism, it is illusion disguised as spirituality.

  • You often speak about inner alignment. How can a person reconnect with their soul in a world filled with constant noise and distraction?

The soul speaks softly, while the world constantly shouts. To reconnect with the soul, one must create sacred pauses.

Spend time in silence every day. Breathe deeply. Wake before sunrise when nature is calm. Reduce unnecessary stimulation. Sit near trees, rivers, or under open sky. Eat living foods. Listen to sacred music instead of mental noise. Most importantly, spend time alone without distraction.

Modern people are overstimulated but undernourished spiritually. The nervous system rarely rests, so intuition becomes weak. When the mind becomes quieter, the soul naturally becomes audible again.

Inner alignment also comes through integrity — when thoughts, words, actions, and emotions begin to move in the same direction. Misalignment creates suffering; alignment creates peace.

The soul is not lost. It is simply covered by noise.

  • In one of your previous conversations, beauty was described as “energetic” — a reflection of one’s inner state. How are spirituality and physical beauty connected?

Beauty is not merely physical structure. True beauty is energetic radiance.

In ancient Vedic science, the body is seen as a reflection of consciousness. Emotions affect hormones, breath affects skin, thoughts affect aging, and spiritual harmony affects the entire aura of a person. A person who lives in peace naturally becomes more attractive because their energy becomes coherent.

When someone carries resentment, fear, jealousy, or chronic stress, the body reflects this tension. But when a person lives with gratitude, devotion, compassion, and inner joy, everything changes — the eyes, the skin, and the nervous system all soften.

Ancient beauty rituals were never separated from spirituality. Herbs, oils, roses, sandalwood, breathwork, meditation, lunar rituals, and sacred bathing practices were designed to harmonize energy first. Outer beauty was understood as the flowering of inner balance.

Conscious beauty means treating the body as a temple of divine consciousness.

  • Modern society is obsessed with external success, yet so many people still feel empty inside. Why does material success alone fail to create fulfillment?

Because the human soul does not hunger for possessions — it hungers for purpose, meaning, connection, love, and transcendence.

Material success can provide comfort, opportunity, and security, but it cannot answer deeper existential questions: Who am I? Why am I here? What is love? What exists beyond achievement?

Modern society trains people to build careers, but not inner stability. Many become externally successful while internally exhausted. They achieve status yet lose connection with themselves.

In Vedic understanding, wealth itself is not negative.

It becomes destructive only when disconnected from consciousness. True prosperity includes health, emotional balance, meaningful relationships, spiritual clarity, inner peace, and contribution to humanity.

A palace without peace becomes a prison.

Fulfillment begins when success is aligned with purpose and service.

HH PARAMGURUJI: Where love becomes energy, and consciousness becomes life

  • What does true feminine energy mean from the perspective of Vedic wisdom? And what role does feminine energy play in the future of humanity?

Feminine energy is the creative, intuitive, nurturing, and harmonizing force of existence. In Vedic wisdom, Shakti — the Divine Feminine — is the power through which the entire universe manifests.

True feminine energy is not weakness. It is profound intelligence expressed through softness, receptivity, emotional awareness, beauty, compassion, and creation. It carries the capacity to heal generations.

Humanity today suffers because masculine energy has become disconnected from wisdom, and feminine energy has become disconnected from sacredness. One has turned into control; the other into exhaustion.

The future of humanity depends greatly on restoring feminine consciousness — not only in women, but within all human beings. The world needs more compassion, emotional healing, intuition, and heart-centered leadership.

Without the feminine principle, civilization becomes mechanical and emotionally depleted.

  • You are connected to sacred wellness and beauty formulations inspired by ancient sciences. Why is humanity returning to holistic healing and conscious beauty today?

Because people are beginning to realize that artificial living creates artificial wellbeing.

Modern lifestyles have led to stress, hormonal imbalance, emotional fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, and a growing disconnection from nature. Humanity is intuitively returning to something more organic, sacred, and life-supporting.

Ancient healing systems viewed the human being as a complete ecosystem — body, breath, mind, emotions, energy, and consciousness are all interconnected. Healing was never limited to symptoms alone.

Today, people seek not only products, but experiences — nourishment, authenticity, purity, ritual, and emotional restoration. They want beauty without toxicity, healing without disconnection, and wellbeing that honors both science and nature.

Conscious beauty is the future because humanity is remembering that what we apply to the body also affects consciousness.

  • According to interviews, you are the guardian of thousands of ancient formulations passed through your lineage. How can ancient healing wisdom coexist with modern science and technology?

Ancient wisdom and modern science are not opposites. They are two languages describing the same reality from different perspectives.

Modern science excels in measurement, analysis, and technological innovation. Ancient sciences excel in observation of consciousness, energetic balance, natural rhythms, and long-term harmony between human beings and nature.

The future belongs to integration, not separation.

Technology can help validate and refine ancient practices, while ancient wisdom can bring ethics, balance, and humanity into technological progress. For example, breathwork influences the nervous system, meditation alters brain activity, herbs affect physiology, and emotional states impact immunity — all increasingly confirmed by modern research.

The danger is not technology itself. The danger is technology without consciousness.

Humanity must evolve intelligence and wisdom together.

  • The Divine Love Festival has become a transformative experience for many people around the world. How did this vision first come to you?

The vision emerged through deep meditation and observation of human suffering. I saw that people everywhere were emotionally and spiritually deprived. They had forgotten joy, celebration, and heart connection.

Ancient traditions understood that transformation does not happen only through teaching.

It happens through collective experience — music, devotion, movement, ritual, silence, tears, and shared consciousness.

The Divine Love Festival was born as a space where people could step out of stress, identity, and isolation — and remember the deeper beauty of being alive.

It is not merely an event. It is an energetic field designed to awaken the heart.

When thousands of people breathe, sing, meditate, and open emotionally together, something profound happens — individual nervous systems begin to synchronize with collective harmony.

Healing accelerates through togetherness.

  • What role do music, dance, and collective energy play in spiritual transformation and healing?

Music and movement are ancient technologies of consciousness.

Sacred sound can alter emotional states, regulate breathing, calm the nervous system, awaken memory, and elevate awareness. In Vedic traditions, mantra and music were considered direct pathways to transcendence.

Dance allows stagnant emotions to leave the body. Many people carry grief, fear, and suppressed energy physically. Through movement, the body releases what words cannot express.

Collective energy amplifies everything. Human beings are deeply receptive to group fields. When thousands gather with shared intention, devotion, and openness, the emotional atmosphere becomes highly charged and transformative.

This is why sacred gatherings can create profound shifts in very short periods of time.

Transformation is not only intellectual — it is vibrational.

HH PARAMGURUJI: Where love becomes energy, and consciousness becomes life

  • Fear and anxiety seem to define modern life. What practices help a person maintain inner peace during uncertain times?

Fear grows when the mind loses connection with the present moment.

The first practice is conscious breathing. Breath directly regulates the nervous system and can immediately restore a sense of safety in the body.

Second, reconnect with natural rhythms — sleep earlier, wake before sunrise, reduce digital stimulation, and spend time in nature daily.

Third, protect the mind from constant exposure to fear-based information, which weakens emotional stability over time.

Meditation, mantra, gratitude, journaling, sacred music, prayer, yoga, and mindful eating all support inner balance.

Most importantly, inner stillness must be cultivated before chaos arrives. Peace cannot be created only in crisis — it must be practiced continuously.

Inner peace is not the absence of uncertainty. It is the ability to remain centered within it.

  • What does “conscious luxury” mean to you? Can luxury become spiritual when approached with awareness and intention?

Yes. Luxury itself is not the problem — unconsciousness is.

Conscious luxury means surrounding life with beauty, refinement, comfort, and elegance while remaining internally grounded, grateful, and aligned with higher values.

In ancient India, sacred spaces were often highly refined — temples, music, architecture, fragrance, clothing, and ritual were all expressions of divine aesthetics. Beauty was considered nourishment for consciousness.

Luxury becomes spiritual when it uplifts rather than inflates the ego — when beauty inspires gratitude rather than comparison, and when wealth serves healing, culture, and human wellbeing.

True luxury is not excess. It is harmony.

A peaceful mind, a healthy body, meaningful relationships, sacred space, nourishing food, and inner freedom — this is the highest form of luxury.

  • If you could give only one message to the younger generation, what would it be?

Do not lose yourself while trying to become someone.

The modern world constantly encourages comparison, performance, consumption, and external validation. Yet true strength comes from authenticity.

Protect your mind. Protect your energy. Protect your heart.

Learn to sit in silence. Learn to love deeply. Learn to care for your body and nervous system. Build wisdom, not only achievement. Develop emotional intelligence, inner stability, and spiritual clarity.

The world does not need more exhausted achievers. It needs conscious human beings.

Your generation carries the possibility to shape a more compassionate and awakened civilization — but only if you remain connected to your humanity.

  • How do you see humanity evolving over the next 10–20 years? Are we moving toward a deeper awakening or deeper disconnection?

Both movements are unfolding simultaneously.

One part of humanity is becoming increasingly disconnected through overstimulation, artificial intelligence dependency, emotional isolation, addiction, and hyper-consumerism. Another part is rapidly awakening and seeking deeper meaning, healing, community, spirituality, and conscious living.

Periods of global uncertainty often accelerate inner evolution, as collective challenges force people to question superficial ways of living.

In the coming years, there will be a growing shift toward authenticity — real experiences over artificial ones. Nervous system healing, conscious relationships, breathwork, meditation, ancient wisdom, and natural living will become increasingly relevant.

Humanity stands at a threshold. Technology will continue to expand rapidly, but the deeper hunger for soul connection will grow even stronger.

The future depends on whether consciousness evolves at the same pace as technology — otherwise, imbalance will increase at a global scale.

  • Tell us about your curated retreat Sattva Shuddhi. Why should people come?

Sattva Shuddhi is not simply a retreat — it is a process of deep inner purification and transformation inspired by ancient Vedic sciences.

Modern human beings carry emotional imprints accumulated over generations — stress, trauma, grief, anxiety, suppression, and inherited behavioral patterns. Sattva Shuddhi was created to help release these layers and restore clarity, vitality, peace, and inner alignment.

The experience integrates sacred fire rituals, breathwork, meditation, mantra, healing music, conscious movement, sattvic nutrition, rose ceremonies, and teachings within the sacred environment of Vrindavan.

Participants often experience emotional release, nervous system regulation, deep silence, self-love, and a renewed sense of inner direction.

People do not come only to rest — they come to remember who they are beneath identity, conditioning, and emotional weight.

Sattva Shuddhi creates a field where healing becomes natural.

  • What difference does the healing rose ceremony really make?

The healing rose ceremony works simultaneously on emotional, energetic, and nervous system levels.

In ancient traditions, the rose was seen not only as a flower, but as a carrier of heart-frequency — associated with softness, openness, and emotional purification.

During the ceremony, participants often experience the release of grief, suppressed emotions, heartbreak, fear, and long-held emotional tension. Tears may arise naturally, without intellectual explanation, as the body begins to discharge stored emotional memory.

The nervous system gradually shifts from survival mode into softness and receptivity. The heart opens. Emotional defenses dissolve. A sense of lightness, calm, and inner connection emerges.

On a collective level, the experience becomes even more powerful. When people gather in openness, supported by sound, intention, and presence, the emotional field amplifies significantly.

For many, the rose ceremony becomes a moment of inner renewal — a remembrance that softness is not weakness, and that healing begins when the heart feels safe enough to open again.

CLOSING NOTE

As modern life accelerates, his teachings invite a return to stillness — where consciousness is not pursued, but gently remembered. A reminder that transformation does not come from becoming more, but from becoming aware.
