One of the most anticipated events of the year in the world of show business took place in New York City – the wedding of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.

The grand celebration, in an atmosphere of strict secrecy, took place at the famous Madison Square Garden. After the ceremony, the words JUST&T MARRIED flashed on the screens of the complex.

Another touching gesture in honor of the newlyweds was the iconic New York skyscraper, the Empire State Building, being illuminated in a delicate blue. In Western wedding tradition, this shade symbolizes luck and purity, embodying the famous rule of something blue.

The organizers made incredible efforts to keep the celebration a secret. Star guests were forbidden to use phones and take any photos or videos. For the safety and privacy of the newlyweds, security around Madison Square Garden was significantly increased, and the New York police even temporarily blocked off part of the surrounding streets.

About a thousand guests gathered at the wedding. But Blake Lively, Taylor’s closest friend, did not come to the celebration.

The special atmosphere of the evening was also emphasized by the choice of the host: the wedding ceremony was conducted by a close friend of the lovers – the famous Hollywood actor Adam Sandler. Taylor and Travis decided to abandon the traditional bridesmaids and groomsmen. Instead, they entrusted the most responsible roles to their own brothers – Austin Swift became the best man for his sister, and Jason Kelsey – the eldest of his brother’s friends.

The wedding looks of the newlyweds deserve special attention. According to Vogue and People, exclusive outfits for the bride and groom were designed by Dior creative director Jonathan Anderson. For the designer, who worked on an individual sketch, this project was the first couture wedding dress made especially for a star of this magnitude. The image of the 36-year-old pop diva was complemented by exquisite Cartier jewelry and elegant Christian Louboutin shoes.

While fans are waiting for the first official photos of the newlyweds, the network is already actively discussing the guests’ style. The event’s dress code was quite restrained: monochrome colors and classic silhouettes.
