Lady Gaga Performs at the Super Bowl in a Dress by Latin American Brand Luar

During the Super Bowl show, Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny and Lady Gaga performed together. The performance was one of the evening’s key events. It combined music, stage design, and elements of cultural symbolism.

Lady Gaga appeared on stage in a specially designed dress by the brand Luar, paying tribute to Latin American culture. The artist joined Bad Bunny on the roof of the set, stylized as the historic fortress of El Morro, while a staged wedding ceremony unfolded around.

The singer performed a salsa version of the song “Die With a Smile”. For the performance, she chose a light blue flamenco-style dress with a plunging neckline, an accentuated waist, and a multi-tiered skirt. The look was completed with an accessory depicting Puerto Rico’s national flower, the flor de maga, which became a symbolic reference to the island.

The Luar brand was founded by designer Raul Lopez, of Dominican origin, who works between New York and the Dominican Republic. In his work, he draws on motifs of Caribbean culture and the aesthetics of American fashion. In 2024, Lopez received the CFDA Award in the “Designer of the Year” category.
