The documentary “Linkin Park: Unshatter,” dedicated to the band’s comeback after a long hiatus, will be released worldwide on September 30. The film was directed by Linkin Park member Joe Han. The film was created in collaboration with the band, CJ 4DPlex and Trafalgar, and will be shown in 2D, ScreenX and 4DX formats.
The film tells the story of a new stage in Linkin Park’s history – from the first studio sessions in 2022 to the recording of the album “From Zero” and the band’s return to the world stage. The film shows rare archival footage, behind-the-scenes moments, the studio process, and recordings of live performances, including concerts in São Paulo (Brazil).
The authors paid special attention to the band’s creative rethinking after the loss of Chester Bennington and also introduced the audience to the new line-up of Linkin Park, which included Emily Armstrong and Colin Brittain.
Five days before the film’s premiere, on September 25, a live album, “Unshatter (Live From São Paulo),” will also be released. It will include live versions of songs from different stages of the band’s career, as well as exclusive recordings that will not be in the film.
