Actress and model Pamela Anderson, best known for her work in Playboy magazine and the TV series “Baywatch,” has presented a gastronomic project in collaboration with the organic cosmetics brand Flamingo Estate. It is called Pamela’s Pickles.
The limited-edition line includes spicy pickles marinated with dill sprigs and rose petals. According to Anderson, since edible flowers enrich the taste and aroma, she uses them both as an exquisite seasoning for pasta and for brewing aromatic tea.
Pamela borrowed the marinade recipe from her cookbook “I Love You: Recipes from the Heart.” According to the star, her love for homemade pickles has been with her since childhood.
The Pamela’s Pickles collection is already on sale. The cost of one jar is $35. All proceeds will be donated to the California Wildlife Center. This non-profit veterinary clinic rescues and treats wild animals.
