After saying goodbye to her character Carrie Bradshaw, the star of “Sex and the City,” Sarah Jessica Parker has reminded people about herself. Now, the actress has officially become the creative director of the London-based brand Astrea.
The 60-year-old star presented her first original products: a luxurious long necklace, chandelier earrings, and an elegant ring with an emerald. The new collection will feature 12 additional unique products, all adorned with laboratory diamonds.
The collaboration was announced in an official statement on the brand’s website.
Astrea is known for creating jewelry from artificially grown diamonds. They are in no way inferior to natural ones in terms of properties. Still, production is considered more environmentally friendly and affordable. According to Parker, this was the key argument for her cooperation.
The whole collection will be presented within a year.
