The film “Spider-Man: All New Day” became the highest-grossing film of 2026 in just seven days after its release, overtaking “Toy Story 5”.
The new Sony and Marvel film starring Tom Holland and Zendaya has already collected $1.155 billion at the global box office. Of this amount, $449 million fell in North America, another $706.3 million – on international rentals.
Thanks to this, the film surpassed Disney’s Toy Story 5, which earned $1.067 billion since its premiere in June, and became the highest-grossing film of the year.
Notably, “Spider-Man: All New Day” became the film that quickly collected $400 million in North America. It took him only four days to do this.
In addition, in six days, the new “Spider-Man” collected more than a billion dollars at the global box office. Only “Avengers: Endgame”, which took three days in 2019, achieved this result faster.
Also, “Spider-Man: All-New Day” set the record for the largest opening fee in the history of the American box office – 360 million dollars. At the same time, the film’s worldwide opening collection reached 932 million dollars – this is the second result in history.
