Swiss brand Franck Muller has released a limited series of watches with Solana integration. The collection includes 1,111 copies with QR codes linked to users ‘ personal wallets on the Solana network.
The price of one copy is 20,000 Swiss francs, which is equivalent to approximately приблизно 24,300.
“The watch industry is increasingly integrating into Web3, and the new Solana-inspired collection is another step in that direction. The unique design may be of interest to participants in the Solana ecosystem. Still, the watch launch takes place at a difficult time — cryptocurrency users are increasingly becoming victims of physical attacks,” CoinDesk noted.
Journalists recalled the case when the daughter and grandson of the general director of the Paymium crypto platform, Pierre Noizat, were attacked in France — they tried to kidnap them in broad daylight. A video of the incident appeared on social networks.
Also recently, crypto investor John Welz was arrested in New York — he is suspected of kidnapping and long-term detention of a man in an elite townhouse in Manhattan.
