A luxurious apartment in Los Angeles, where Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones lived for a long time, has been put up for sale. The cost of the luxury real estate is $7 million.

The celebrity couple bought two neighboring apartments in 1997 and combined them to make a significant renovation. In 2003, the current owner, the wife of Estée Lauder heir Leonard Lauder, bought the property from the Hollywood couple for $1.85 million.

The 240-square-meter apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It has dark furniture, light carpeting, and many works of art. Large panoramic windows show cityscapes and the golf course of the Hillcrest Country Club. The apartment also has a dining room, a laundry room, a kitchen with a breakfast bar and premium stainless steel appliances, and a family room with a built-in entertainment center. The master bathroom, finished in slate, has a large lion’s paw bathtub and shower.
