Lady Gaga has released a new song called The Dead Dance. The electropop singer timed the track to the release of the second part of the latest season of “Wednesday”, where she played a cameo role – the legendary and mysterious mentor of the Nevermore Academy Rosalina Rothwood.
Along with the song, a video was released, directed by Tim Burton. For Burton, this is his first musical work in 13 years: he shot the previous video in 2012 for the song Here With Me by The Killers.
The video begins with Gaga standing on a wall surrounded by dolls and starting to dance. Masked dancers join her, and the dolls shake their heads to the rhythmic melody.
