Wealthy Gucci fans now have a chance to buy not only clothes or accessories of their favorite brand but also to become owners of the historic Gucci family villa in Rome.
This luxury estate is currently on sale at a reduced price of €13.9 million.
The four-storey villa, painted salmon pink, was built in 1951 by Aldo Gucci, the eldest son of the founder of the fashion house Guccio Gucci.
Before this week’s price reduction, the house still owned by the family was asking for 15 million euros.
The villa has 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a spacious dining room, lounges, and a kitchen with an elegant fireplace. On the third floor is a large terrace with a picturesque view of the Altare della Patria, a national monument of Rome near the Colosseum, and the surrounding cityscape.
