The White House released the official portrait of US First Lady Melania Trump the day before. Rejin Mao, who has worked with the Trump family for over twenty years, also created Mrs. Trump’s official portrait in 2017.

The shooting took place in the Yellow Oval Room. In the black-and-white photo, stylized by Herve Pierre, the first lady appears businesslike — in a Dolce & Gabbana pantsuit. According to Breitbart News, this outfit costs about four thousand dollars.
