Berge Brende, President and CEO of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, has announced his resignation. He had held the position since 2017.
Brende announced his decision to step down weeks after the forum launched an independent investigation into his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
Alois Zwingi will serve as interim president and CEO of the World Economic Forum.
