British actor Benedict Cumberbatch has joined the Holiday Ops 2026 holiday event in World of Tanks as an ambassador and starred in a New Year’s video.
Holiday Ops 2026 will begin on December 5, 2025, and will run until January 12, 2026. As part of the holiday activity, players will be offered themed missions, winter decorations, and seasonal rewards.
Cumberbatch will appear in a themed Garage, welcoming players, offering special tasks, and creating the event’s atmosphere. Among the gifts is his in-game Tank Commander character with original voice acting.
