Nike, in partnership with sports technology manufacturer Hyperice, introduced Hyperslide flip-flops with built-in heating and vibration functions for recovery after physical exertion. Sales of the new product will start on September 29 for $249.
Hyperslide became the second joint product of the companies after Hyperboot, which debuted in 2024 before the Olympic Games in Paris, and went on sale in 2025. If the previous model was made in the format of high boots with compression and heating, then the novelty has the appearance of ordinary flip-flops.
The strap above the foot has a built-in module that provides heating and vibration, and the sole is equipped with Nike Air Zoom cushioning.
Nike and Hyperice collaborated with Dutch footballer Virgil van Dijk and American track and field athlete Tara Woodhall to develop the model. The companies also used lessons learned from the Hyperboot, including battery placement, integrating technology into a compact shoe, and improving material durability. The Hyperslide battery provides about one hour of use, depending on the mode selected.
