Prince Harry agrees to get his first tattoo for the Invictus Games

Prince Harry seems ready to do anything for his brainchild, the Invictus Games, including getting a tattoo. This is how the Duke of Sussex originally announced the upcoming Games, which will take place in 2025 in Vancouver.

Prince Harry became the hero of a funny video where he allowed himself to be tattooed on his neck in exchange for a performance by singer Jason Bradley Deford, better known as Jelly Roll.

In the story, the 40-year-old Duke of Sussex meets Jelly Roll in a tattoo parlor. The characters have a small argument because the musician does not agree to sing at the Invictus Games unless Harry gets a tattoo.

“I’ll play at the Invictus Games, and you just let me get you your first tattoo,” the artist set an ultimatum.

The Duke tried to resist but still agreed.

As a result, the prince already has his first tattoo – an inscription on his neck that reads I Am Jelly Roll with the artist’s name under the Invictus Games logo.
